Buyer beware!
Horrible policies and attitude. Her intake forms (i.e. legally binding contracts) use bully clauses to force you into undesirable obligations.
For example, if you don't give 24-48 hour cancellation notice you're expected to pay her money and there are no exceptions. So if you arrive on-time and she's running two hours behind, you have to just sit there and take it. If you leave you pay -- that's how her contract reads!
What does 24-48 hour notice mean anyway? If she likes you she'll allow you 24 hours, if not then 48?
If you are late or miss an appointment due to an unexpected event like: car accident, personal emergency, etc... you pay -- that's how her contract reads!
Her policies state that "Seeking treatment from different doctors for mental health issues" is cause for terminating treatment. So if you want a second opinion or other treatment in conjunction to what she offers, forget it -- that's how her contract reads!
I won't cite further examples, but there are more.
When I arrived for my first appointment I raised these concerns. I expected her to have the courtesy to come down from her ivory tower and discuss the particulars and amend the parts that are unconscionable. She just dismissed the whole issue and refused to see me.
I took an hour from work for this?! What a waste of time and fuel!
Please know you do not have to tolerate these bully clauses and "lawyered-up doctors" who force you under duress of your medical needs to sign unfair contracts.
You're a consumer. You have options. There are other doctors. And from my experience and other reviews (on Google maps), this one is arrogant and unprofessional -- which often is a reflection of competency.
