  • Run Don't Walk From This Nail Salon! I had been going to Fancy Nails for 3 years when suddenly last month it was taken over by new management or sold or something and all of the usual employees are suddenly gone. The new employees were all hush-hush about what happened to the old employees and even lied and said they were all on vacation at the same time and that they might be coming back, although none of their state licenses were still hanging on the wall. The new employees are slow and had no care for the customer and the energy in this place is just bad. One lady hollered out that she had been soaking her feet for 30 minutes and asked if they were going to attended to her soon and none of the employees even looked up to acknowledge her question. I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes for a gel manicure and wish now that I had gotten up and walked out. They used the electric filer on my nails and they are now paper thin and ruined. Another lady got up and walked out and another who had called ahead for an appointment had to wait while they took a walk-in before her. The owners of this place made a huge mistake by letting the regular employees go. Fancy nails once had my loyalty but never again. In a town where there are tons of nail salons to choose from, do not choose this one. You will regret it!
