rev:text	Had a water softener installed a couple years back, then it started to leak in the bypass valve assembly, called these guys because it was their system and was sent a new assembly. I was told it was covered by warranty, the good news is it worked like a charm, the bad news the decided to charge me for it. So far I am unable to get ahold of them, and unfortunately for them my biggest pet peeve is being lied to about what I will and will not be charged for. Today I just discovered that the expensive water softener these guys sell floods the second floor of my house when it regenerates. So far I am unable to get any answers from them.
