rev:text	I had Brazilian blow out treatment done for hair. Before getting the treatment; I have asked Jenny if my hair will stay straight for at least 3 months. She promised that it will be stay straight for about 6 moths; hearing this I was excited. I spend $250 for the treatment and then she asked me to buy $40 shampoo with it. 2 days later after the treatment; I wash my hair and as soon as they dried it went back to normal (didn't stay straight). I went to Jenny to show her my hair; and her answer was "I tried my best". I told her after charging almost $300; that's all you have say. She didn't reply and walked away. Bad attitude and bad service. Very disappointed...
