  • Terrible service, they were supposed to call to let us know our refund check was available we had to call and they said they only have the check for 1 day and mail them out it was 2 weeks so put a stop payment on it and re issue. I called 2 weeks later and she checks while I'm on the phone and says ( For some reason it didn't go though I will get it re issued and you can pick up tomorrow) we picked up 3 days later deposited the check and the check was returned, so I called again Maria is out so Nancy said they would get a check Fed Ex to us the next day as it is too late today. 4 days still no check so I call again and Nancy says ( Accounting had to make sure the first check had the stop payment on it so we should get it Monday.) They already replaced the one that had a stop payment on it and I had proof with the copy of the returned check. she didn't care we have to follow procedures. well why didn't you call and let me know??? They don't follow up on simple things how can they follow up on more important things we wont be using them again.
