Walked in and saw about 40 people ahead of me. To my surprise the handful of workers got through the crowd quickly and I didn't have to wait nearly as long as I thought I would. Biggest disappointment was the lady that helped me had no idea about an online promotion and couldn't give me the price I saw online. I even showed her the website on my phone. What I got instead of the promotional price was a phone number followed by a 45 min wait while listening to the same 30 secs of the most annoying song in phone history when I got home. Bait and switch? I doubt it, and I don't blame the store staff. The store experience, what I checked into, was exceptionally more pleasant than I expect. If I could check into and leave a review for the phone experience I would leave zero stars and use every angry face emoji in the catalog. Way to go store employees, kudos.
