  • Went in for new brakes and tires. Came out with new tires and crappy brakes. I am not a car person. I went into a shop assuming the employees know how to do their job properly. When I'm told I can resurface my rotors and turn them even though it's already been done before, why would I believe any different? When the employee tells me it'll be fine, am I not supposed to assume he is correct? Well guess you can't, lesson learned and now I know. I get my work done on a Monday afternoon and by Wednesday night my brakes are grinding every time I stop badly, like nails on a chalk board bad. I call Thursday explain, guy says come in we'll get it taken care of. I get there only to find its now my responsibility to buy new drums because they shouldn't have resurfaced them in the first place. What? Now why would the employee the second time tell me that the mechanic who worked on my car Monday told Ryan, the first employee, that my car needed new drums but yet I as a customer wasn't told? How is that even allowed ?? What about safety concerns ?? Funny how tire works has deleted my previous post on Facebook about their crappy customer service. I thought calling "corporate" would create a solution to the problem. Only to find that corporate is a girl named Jasmine with no customer service and definitely no tact. Very poor choice of an employee to represent the Tire Works brand. Come to the shop after taking off work early thinking everything is taken care of from the first mishap when before I can even leave I see I'm signing agreeing to these charges. Charges that were told were free due to my original compliant and inconveniences, incorrect information given by their emoloyee etc... Now "corporate" states that offer was not longer on the table. Well I should have been notified. Now I'm back at the shop for the 4th time and again my car still isn't being worked on. Wow. Thanks again #tireworks for your poor service.
