  • After I had worked on installing a new tail light on my jeep, it was not working properly - break light and signal worked but when head lights on it did not work. After being told by Earnhardt Jeep that I needed an appointment and they would not be able to get me in for 5 days, I stopped in Joe's Auto. They got me right in, took off the wheel, side plate to access, and re-wired the light harness due to ground being in wrong position. Manager came out and told me it was all fixed - all in about 30 min, and did not charge me for it - he just asked for my future oil change business since I live down the road! FANTASTIC! I shook his hand and told him thank you!!! WOW - what a great surprise! I will definitely be returning to Joe's Auto - great guys in there!
