  • I started going to Bettencourt years ago and she found something and so I have been going back every 6 months. Honestly, I think hearing pre-cancerous scared me and that is why I stayed so long. I once walked in for a scheduled appointment and was told Bettencourt was at a conference and there was no way I had an appointment. Luckily, I had the card in my wallet and showed the receptionist. She then admitted Bettencourt left to Xmas shop and someone else could give me my results. I refused and got in the following week because of the "mix up." When I went back, I told Bettencourt about the situation and she could've cared less. Last summer, she recommended I buy some of her face cream for $75 to help prevent cancer. When I got home, I looked it up on Amazon and it was $35!!!!! Research before buying!!!! I went in for my last appointment and a girl came out and announced Bettencourt had to take a phone call and was running 30 minutes behind and to reschedule if it was a problem. I left. I'm done. I need less drama from a professional.
