  • Very pretty place inside. However, their nail polish is cheap stuff. Four of us went in a few days ago. Some of us got a pedicure and a manicure and the polish chipped off, fades, changes colors and bubbles up. Either the product they use is horrible or they just don't know how to apply it. Some of the people are very sweet and friendly taking their time making you feel like you're getting your moneys worth while some of the workers are very grumpy and quick at what they're doing. When you call to go back in to have them redo your nails they all seem very angry that they have to redo it. A word to The Nail Lounge, "It is not our fault if we have to go back in for a redo right after, so you might want to try to be nice so your customers want to come back after the mistake that has been made." Next time try saying, I'm very sorry let us fix this we would like your service again instead of being mean and treating us like were robbing you.
