  • I loved coming here! Just a couple days ago I decided to try somewhere new for a pedicure and manicure. Yvelisse Salon is located very close to me and it's also really easy to find. As soon as I walked into the salon, I felt welcomed and a happy, warm energy coming from all of the employees. The amount of positive energy and fun they were having was contagious. The salon was playing great Spanish music and I was immediately seated to get my nails done. The wait for a walk-in was not long at all, and the nail technician asked me all the right questions to make sure I got the look I wanted. I got gel polish for my manicure and regular polish for my pedicure, and my nail technician made sure to match the colors perfectly. I got a deep red wine color! I was even greeted with a drink of my choice. While getting my pedicure, I was seated in an amazing massage chair that you had the option of controlling. I was even asked how hot I want the water which was nice, because some places just assume you want it burning hot. Not only was it relaxing, but it was enjoyable to watch the employees sing and dance to the Spanish music. Also, the owners of the salon are very open to helping out local businesses and allow them to come in and offer their goods/services to employees which I thought was so unique! While sitting down, a lady with a basket of hot empanadas came through and almost everyone got one! Some other details I noticed about the salon was that the hair stylists were very detail-oriented and passionate about their work. I didn't see a client not extremely happy while walking out of the salon. If you like diversity, quality, and a welcoming and positive atmosphere, then you will absolutely love this salon! I'd recommend it to anyone.
