  • First time I came in to buy a laptop, I already knew which one I wanted but unfortunately took an hour and half to get an employee to get it for me and spent half hour in line to pay for it.. I returned to switch laptops as I have warranty and the keyboard stopped working. I was told takes 3hours for them to put everything on the new laptop. Told me to be here after 8pm.. I came 830pm it's now 9:10pm still not finished. Very disappointed with service here..
