  • I called the other morning to make an appointment for myself and the so-called manager I spoke with was incredibly rude! So rude that I gave up with her and just called back later. Monica answered my second try and was just amazing! She's the only reason for the three stars. So sweet and professional and also clearly well versed in customer service! If you're calling to have anything done with this place I suggest you ask for Monica, seeming as she's one of the few competent workers here.
