Las Vegas used to be a fun get away, but trying to deal with the massive, understaffed conglomerate hotel groups is more than I'm willing to deal with anymore. It's Wednesday at 11:20am EST and I've been on hold for over 17 minutes with the Mirage just to speak to someone at the front desk to try to clear up a massive snafu on their end before my boss arrives to find that he has no room. When they finally get back the only thing she says is that they'll take care of him when he arrives.!!??!!. What kind of answer is that? No apology, no nothing. SMH
