  • I'll agree with one of the previous reviews. I felt that at times there was a lack of communication. They asked for the same things to be sent over and over and when I would send the documents I would find out later when we were 3 days to close that they weren't right or what they were needing. I was especially upset that I was told during the whole process everything looked good and the loan is approved and on and on and I would keep asking does everything look like it will go through. Then the day before he closing disclosures are to be sent were told that the loan will go through just not how we were expecting it and all the cash we were supposed to get back will 0 and sorry it changed last minute. The whole purpose of the refinance was to get cash to start a business. It was frustrating that it took them 45 days to tell me hat and strung me and my wife along in the process. When we complained to our loan officer about it he just said we'll I'm just the middle man it's up to the underwriters. The frustrating part because they strung us along for so long and told us we would close in time so I wouldn't have to make a November mortgage payment or a December. Now the refinance isn't happening and I have to use to make my payments which is now late. And I'm out 400 dollars I paid to the company. I'll say that the loan officer I was working with was nice. I just felt like nothing was organized, we were kept in the dark, when we were told someone would call us like a loan processor they didn't until we called and left a message saying we never heard from anyone. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I just hope I can get my 400 dollars back as a courtesy for wasting a month and a half of my time.
