UPDATE (4 stars on April 25):
The customer service is phenominal. Both the business owner and the manager of the store were very helpful in forming a resolution to what happened. I understand that this was an employee problem rather than a lack of knowledge from the company as a whole. Store manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND anything I would have ever expected from _ANY_ company. I will be giving these guys another shot in the event of needing a mobile phone repair.

What a joke! I took in my month old Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge due to the camera covering being cracked. The lady looked at it, turned on the camera, tried to focus it (through the cracks) and said that the whole camera needed to be replaced for $150 and it would be a used camera piece at that. I could tell beforehand that the actual camera was fine and did not need to be replaced. It was not focusing due to the crack. Duh!
I took it over to another place less than 5 minutes away. The guy looked at it and without even looking at the camera app, told me just the covering would need to be replaced. He said the price for everything (part and labor) would be $50. He had to order the part from Asia, but it arrived within a week (plus or minus a day). I got it fixed today and was In & Out of the other business in 15 minutes.
