I went in with a problem with my window. I thought it was a motor or something. They looked at the window, determined that it was due to a bad window that was replaced a while ago (dang glass company). but in the process I showed them a broken seat lever. I expected the same response I got at two other places I tried, We "don't carry that", or "Contact a dealer". However, Cory said it was dealer issue and asked if I wanted a price quote. I said sure. He pulled out his phone and called the dealer's parts dept. right there. He seemed to have a good relationship with his supplier and was able to get me the price. It took 3 minutes to get something I have been looking for for over a year. Even better, he did not charge me a "diagnostics fee" for looking at the window. Another shop wanted $49.95 to just look at the vehicle to diagnose the problem. I figured I knew the problem, the window does not go up and down correctly!
Again Cory Surprised me, he said I could come back later today, yes I said same day service, and he would have that lever and could fix it for me.
This shop was Excellent! If you want an honest car repair shop that won't try to up sell you to fix the "headlight fluid", This is your shop.
