  • I bought a Groupon for 6 sessions last year for hair removal and went in for my underarm area. The staff was nice and the office was clean. My first appt was super uncomfortable. I learned at my 2nd appt the 1st tech used the wrong setting on me. The 2nd appt was much more bareable. The 3rd appt was in another room with a different laser (IPL as opposed to YAG) and tech but it wasn't bad. At this time, I bought more sessions for my chin. While the hair on my underarms diminished, I'm not completely hair free. Still have to shave. I also have hair on my chin and don't feel the treatments worked for me. Waste of money and I'm kinda disappointed. I was going to buy sessions for my Brazilian and leg areas but this didn't work for me. But the owner, Alexis, was sweet and so was her staff. They are really busy so make sure you book a month in advance.
