Another superb dinner at Sensi. This fine restaurant is always our first choice when we visit Vegas (once every couple of months). We always request Lawrence's section. He is a bundle of great British eccentric energy and his enthusiasm for the restaurant is off the charts. He's the best in Vegas.
The menu has something for everyone. Ask for the grilled Santa Barbara prawns if they have them (they often run out). The prawns are swimming in a large tank just before they are grilled...perfection. The open kitchen is a fabulous design and I always give the steak chef a thumbs-up when he cooks my ribeye to medium-rare nirvana.
Order the three scoops of ice cream and wait until you see how it's presented...an extraordinary ice globe...beyond belief.
