  • My boyfriend and I were long distance for seven years, and needed a professional to help us decide who was going to move. To make the situation more challenging, we were also dealing with a sick family member, selling/renting homes, giving up hobbies, and two people who genuinely loved their jobs in their prospective cities. It had been a long ongoing battle! After calling several therapists to get quotes and initial feedback, I was set on Dina. She spoke with me on the phone instead of emailing, was reasonable in her prices, offered to work with us via Skype (since my boyfriend traveled internationally often), and had similar life experiences. Her flexibility and quick response time had me sold. I expected to learn a lot about my boyfriend, but in reality, I learned more about myself. My partner really liked her style and felt that she was very fair (which is vital since men aren't usually stoked about therapy sessions). Topics that we've argued about for years were able to be resolved, and we now have a game plan and better communication methods for our future. Although it was sometimes emotional, the time and money was completely worth it, and I would recommend her to any couple or family who wants to resolve their issues. Dina genuinely cares about her clients, and is thorough about following up. She is practical, honest, and encouraging. I am so grateful that I found her, and that my boyfriend liked her as well. The whole experience was so positive that we plan to continue to see her for maintenance. The paid sessions were worth every penny!!
