  • My dryer had suddenly stopped drying clothes, and after a little digging around I realized it was a vent issue. I ended up calling A1 at night, and Jim promptly returned my phone call the following morning. An appointment was set for the next morning, and Jim showed up exactly on time! And I mean exactly haha. He was courteous, informative, and got right down to business. My dryer is now working like it did when I first got it nearly a decade ago, my only regret was not knowing about vent cleaning earlier! I would highly recommend A1 to anyone who is having a similar issue.
