  • This review is for the Groomer, specifically the one whose name begins with V. She is possible the rudest person I have met. My dogs were dropped off for a 10:30 appointment. 2:30 arrives, still not finished...When asked, I was told, 15-20 minutes more. I could see the smirk on this persons face. The shop floor was covered in fur, i witnessed twice, one groomer putting a small dog in a headlock while the other one did the nails. The hair cuts were not what I asked for and not worth the $109.00 they charged. There are no crowds because the place is terrible. The store staff is not included in this, however, I will no longer give my business to Petsmart.
