  • We had called several places first, between getting blown off and having a tv they couldn't fix, a competitor of pioneer TV service referred us to these guys. They had made a few trips out to take a look and pick up the tv and then again when I was having trouble after the repair, turned out my surge also messed up my hdmi cable (I guess). So we had a power surge that messed up my tv (it wouldn't stay on -would automatically go to standby mode after a second or two) and much of my other electrical equipment. They came out and picked up the tv, I did have to help him put it in his van, which wasn't a problem. They kept it maybe about a week and brought it back perfectly fixed. It was a 60" pioneer plasma. It did cost over $600 to fix, but this tv is so much better than what I can buy today, LED tv's annoy my eyes kind of badly. I am quite thankful pioneer tv was able to save it. Their customer service is great, super nice guy. I would certainly call them again if I am unfortunate enough to need another tv repair, as well as refer them out to anyone needing a tv repair.
