  • We moved into these apartments in June of 2008 and we can't wait until our lease is up so we can get the heck outta there. It was great when we first moved in, everyone was really nice and things were getting taken care of when something went wrong. Then all of a sudden out of no-where we can't get ahold of anyone in the office, get no calls back from emergency maintenance. It was raining one night and the water was dripping in 4 different places from my roof (i live on the bottom floor with an apartment above me) and when I called the maintenance line they didn't call back til almost an hour later and told me that it would be better for me to wait til morning to do anything about it. The office staff never answers the phone and even worse they don't return voicemails. And when you can actually reach someone on the line they don't give a crap about why you're calling. My husband got so fed up that he called the main office (the property management) and made a complaint. Then wouldn't you know it, the next day the maintenance people and the office manager came to fix our problems. I don't suggest moving here at all!
