  • Please, someone have the sense to rip out the carpeting in the concourses. Not only does it make rolling a suitcase exhausting, it is worn, nasty and disgusting. Phoenix Sky Harbor and other airports realized that carpet is a bad idea and got rid of it years ago. Charlotte used to be a nice airport but it doesn't seem to care about the comfort and needs of travelers.
