  • I'm a first time home buyer and having Rusty help me secure financing was probably the best decision I made throughout the whole process. From our initial conversation, he explained the home buying process to me and what necessary documents I would need to start. He was able to get me pre-approved for $25,000 more than what I was looking for, which helped when I found a house because I was involved in a small bidding war and the extra funds definitely helped. Once I found a home and my offer was accepted, Rusty went right to work. I was able to go in his office to sign my loan application within a week of my offer being accepted, he had my appraisal scheduled right away and because we did most of my underwriting during the pre-approval process I was ready to close 2 and half weeks after my offer was accepted, I ended up only closing a day early because the seller wasn't ready to move so fast. Before buying my home, I did a lot of research on what to expect and I was planning on running into some issues but with Rusty he made it as easy and stress free as possible. I will definitely be using Rusty in all of my future home buying and I will be recommending him to all my family and friends.
