  • Julia Sanchez in the last week Gilbert AZ - Terrible customer service. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! My son was waiting on an insurance approval for a good 2 months, after calling them numerous of times someone was JUST able to answer my questions TODAY. I expressed my concern for having to play phone tag with them, Tracy the person who answered the phone was VERY rude to me and would not allow me to express exactly what was going on. The back office person who tended to my son was nice, BUT the front office (Tracy) is VERY unprofessional! HUGE disconnect with patient! If you call them don't expect a call back anytime soon. By the way, I expressed to Tracy that I was going to write a bad review and she responded "GREAT". Obviously they don't care!
