  • I recently went to the Lab Corp at 9462 E. Ironwood, Scottsdale, AZ with an order from my family practice doctor. When I went to her office today to review my lab results, Lab Corp had not done four of the tests even though I asked about them when I was having my blood draw. The doctor even double checked her previous order. Lab Corp's fault. I am going to another provider other than Lab Corp for the missed tests. In addition, there was only one person at this location and it wasn't lunch time for a break.
