  • OK, so the content of this museum is ok. Not wonderful ,but ok. My six year old nephew would love this place, but anyone above the age of 10 will be bored within 30 minutes. As a frequent flyer at museums, this place is not rich in original material. That alone though would have me give 1-2 stars. however, my experience with the staff was much different. As we came in, everything was ok. We were going through the dinosaur exhibit when 2 young children ran by. A security guard, I forget the woman's name, asked them to stop, appropriate enough. They either didn't hear her or ignored her, but I heard her say, "What the f***" and go after them. I know another family heard it, as the mom looked at me shocked too. As we left, I reported it to the front desk. They didn't seem to believe me. I tried to find the other family, but couldn't. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they told me they were not available at the time and gave me a phone number and email. I did email her, but got no response. I highly doubt anything happened, and as we left she was glaring at us. As a father, I might have brought my son when he gets older, but after seeing how the security guard and staff handled this, I wouldn't bring my child here.
