  • I've been a member of lvac for 6 years . I have finished 3 contracts. After all this time I have never been treated and talked to so bad up until today. The customer service from the Management, down to maintness people is utterly careless. This location is not only dirty they need some serious people skills. Any time yiu have a problem they say " talk to Bill" who I assume is the head guy in charge but yet nobody has number nor his email. It's sad when the assistant manager don't even know the bosses number or email. I won't be signing a 4th contract.
