I love this place. So glad it's 3 miles from house because I need to get my workouts in at 6 or 6:30am so being able to sleep in an extra few minutes is a super bonus to me. Now on to the real deal...
The workouts are intense. The first few days i went here were seriously brutal. But the catch is, they are so effective that within 3 sessions it seemed much easier to me which is definitely an indicator that the workouts work. You also figure out your optimal range and what your capable of so you can adjust things accordingly no matter I'm what kind of shape you're in. They give you options on things as well, so for example if your knees are injured they will give you something different to do.
I can honestly say that I look forward to going here. While they workouts are intense, they make you feel awesome afterwards. Every day I workout here I have an awesome day.
I highly recommend trying it, you have nothing to lose. But I recommend to go for at least 3-5 sessions every other day so you can see that you get better really fast!
