  • I bought this service for my girlfriend and my assistant to use, however neither thought very highly of the massage they received. I personally thought the massages were fine, but I am not a massage snob (I am pretty easy). I had to cancel because I work too much, and couldn't use the massages I was accumulating. I would have never thought about leaving a bad review, however I, like the other reviewers, had a very negative experience when leaving. I was told I had a certain amount of massages the day I cancelled my contract, however when I went to turn them into gift cards or even use them, suddenly that number shrank to just one. After almost a month of back and forth, I finally just gave in, but I did warn them I would leave a very negative review. It just seemed like such a bad way to have a client leave, and I am pretty easy to please (I think this is my first negative review). It was just too contentious, and in the end it really ended up being over just one additional massage. Not very big picture thinking, as I will not only not be a member ever again, I will not even use the massage I have left.
