  • I would give zero star for this place if I could. I DO NOT understand why others give such high rating for this place. I called to see if I can bring my daughter in for full leg waxing and I was told to bring her in on 7/13/15 a little after noon. I walked in with my daughter and we both found very uncomfortable with the smell of this place Someone walked by and asked if we made an appointment so I said I just called and was told to come in. The receptionist (after she hung up the phone) asked me same question and I told her the same thing. And she asked me again if I made an appointment. So I told her "you told me to come in. I called you 5 minutes ago" Then she gave me a look. Very rude and unprofessional. I was asks how old my daughter was and I told her my daughter was 13. Then she says "oh the only service we can provide for your daughter is eyebrow. She has to be 16 for other services" What? Why didn't she ask me that question when I first called her? It maybe just that one girl during that time but I'm not recommending his place to ANYONE. There are SO MANY other places who would love to have you over. Do not go to this place.
