It had been years since my last visit to Firegrill and it was just as good as I remember! We ordered the filet mignon with baked potato and the prime rib with garlic mashed potatoes. The prime rib was perfectly cooked and the jus was savory and flavorful. The service was attentive and efficient. The booths on the bar side were very spacious for the two of us. The only downside was that we would rather have the sides on the same plate as the steak instead of on a side plate. ... That probably comes down to personal preference though!
