  • Awful. It's like they just hire anyone off the streets. "no experience required". I bought half off depots massage and mani/pedi. The massage actually made me cry. The girl had dry elbows and it felt like Indian brush burns for an hour. I gave them another shot and went back for the Mani/pedi which took me 3 weeks to get an appointment from all the coupons they put out there. Then when it came to the day of my appointment, they canceled on me! They also failed to mention they don't have gel polish right now (which I specifically asked for) due to a recall. So I was forced to get normal polish which we all know is not the same! The lady was really sweet but totally in the wrong business. My nails look like they were painted by a three year old and it took and hour just for the nails alone! I don't feel or look like I had a mani pedi but more like I got drunk and painted my nails from my couch, in the dark. I guess it's a good thing I didn't get gel cause now I can leave and take it right off!!!! Ill be giving my other coupon for this place away on craigslist! Not worth the discount. Going back to pink and white nails!
