  • Recent monsoons roughed up my garage roof so I called a handful of local roofing companies for estimates. Most were busy with other monsoon related repairs and had a 2-week minimum wait time to come out. I found only one company with a 1-week wait time, so I went with them first. They came out and were very professional, but it took them over 2-weeks to send me the estimate. When I finally got it, the cost came in too steep for a simple rolled roof fix, and I went looking for a second opinion. The second company ran over an hour late, but didn't call to give me a heads up...so I booted them. The third company made my appointment but didn't bother showing up at all. My final call was to The Roofing Company, a business owned by brother/sister team, Leah and Shane. They had lots of excellent on-line reviews so I gave them a shot. Leah's great customer service made me feel very comfortable, and Shane gave me an on-the-spot estimate with a price that made me feel even more comfortable. The crew showed up on-time, got the job done very quickly, and were also able to make another small repair on my house (that same day) for an additional -- but very reasonable cost. The job looks great, it's warrantied for five years, and I'm pleased with the entire experience. I highly recommend Leah and Shane.
